Who are we?
We’re a delightfully misfit band of runners who somehow stumbled into each other’s lives on TikTok—and never looked back. We come in every pace, every style, and every level of chaos, proving that you don’t need to match speeds to match vibes. Our squad is scattered across the country, spanning ages from the mid-20s to the 50s, but distance has never stopped us from feeling like one big, slightly unhinged family.

What do we do?
Encouragement is our superpower. Whether you’re sprinting, shuffling, swimming, biking, or crawling toward your goals, we’re here for every victory, setback, and “why did I sign up for this?” moment. Our mission is simple: lift each other up and spread good energy throughout the running community—one mile, smile, and questionable decision at a time.

What’s it like inside the group?
Pure, wonderful chaos. We talk every single day, and the conversations cover literally everything—from our shared love of hot dogs (don’t ask, just accept) to the random R-rated nonsense usually instigated by the alien (yes… the alien). Somehow, in between laughing until we cry and debating truly important topics like condiments and race-day bathroom strategies, we still manage to talk about what brought us together in the first place: running, biking, swimming, fitness, and finding new ways to stay motivated.

We’re real. We’re weird. We’re supportive.
And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
