If sunshine could lace up a pair of running shoes, it would absolutely be Ashley. Known far and wide for her megawatt smile and her endless stream of encouragement, Ashley is the teammate everyone wants beside them—whether it’s mile one or mile twenty.

Her commitment to fitness is no joke—she once traveled all the way to Ireland in the name of health, adventure, and maybe a good post-run pastry. While most people bring home souvenirs, Ashley returned with stories of rain-soaked runs, scenic hills, and at least three new friends she convinced to “just jog a little.”

Back home, she’s a fixture at her local gym—part coach, part hype squad, part cruise director. If there’s a group run, she’s leading it. If there’s a group workout, she’s already there, stretching. And if it’s Twirl Tuesday… well, Ashley recruits a whole class to take part. Resistance is futile; she’s just too fun.

Her energy is so contagious that the room literally feels brighter when she walks in. And behind all that positivity is some serious grit: she’s a proud graduate of the 75 Hard challenge, proving she’s as dedicated as she is delightful.
